1. Introduction

By using GetXSnap, you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, these terms and conditions.

2. Agreement to Terms and Conditions

This Agreement takes effect on the date you first use the GetXSnap application.

3. Usage and Account Types

GetXSnap provides services that allow users to humanize AI-generated content. The following usage limits apply based on user account type:

• Free registered users: Limited usage per day as determined by GetXSnap.
• Starter plan users: Enhanced usage privileges with increased limits, available through subscription.
• Pro plan users: Extended usage privileges with higher limits, available through subscription.
• Business plan users: Premium usage privileges with the highest limits and additional features, available through subscription.

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription plans (Starter, Pro, and Business) require a monthly subscription fee, which provides increased usage limits based on the selected plan tier. These subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle. All subscription payments are final and non-refundable once processed, regardless of usage or cancellation timing within the billing period.

5. Account Deletion and Termination of Service

If you choose to delete your account, you may do so by navigating to Profile > Account > Security > Delete Account. Deleting your account will permanently remove all personal information from our servers. Please note that account deletion will immediately terminate any active subscriptions.

GetXSnap reserves the right to terminate or limit service for any account at its discretion if unauthorized or abusive use is detected.

6. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

GetXSnap does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of performance, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

GetXSnap shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the services. In the event of liability, our maximum obligation shall be limited to the amount you paid for our services, if applicable.

7. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for any content generated or modified using GetXSnap. We are not responsible for the content or for any outcomes resulting from its use.

8. Modifications to Pricing

GetXSnap reserves the right to modify pricing as services expand. Existing users will be notified of any price changes and have the opportunity to cancel their subscriptions before the new rates apply.

9. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and GetXSnap as a result of these Terms. You agree not to present yourself as a representative or agent of GetXSnap.
